Responsibilities
Leadership and coordination of the shift team
Ensuring smooth production processes
Troubleshooting and coordination of technical faults on production equipment
Conducting line clearance, equipment and production releases
Organisation of cleaning and changeover processes
Material management and ordering
GMP-compliant documentation as well as handling deviations and discrepancies
Your profile
Completed vocational training and several years of experience in packaging or a technical environment
Very good knowledge of packaging processes and equipment as well as in changeover and operation
Excellent technical understanding and the ability to identify and resolve faults
Confident application of GMP, SOP and manufacturing regulations
ERP/SAP knowledge and experience with serialisation are advantageous
High level of personal responsibility, flexibility, resilience and reliability
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (early, late, night)
