Deputy Team Leader: Goods Receipt

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the timely and correct processing of goods upon receipt as well as for checking the goods receipt according to internal guidelines and also assist with unloading containers
• You represent the Goods Receipt team leadership during absences and support daily management
• You plan the daily workflow within the team and coordinate internal departments as well as external service providers
• You check the goods receipt according to specifications, verify quantities/quality and document deviations as well as process disruptions
• You undertake administrative tasks (e.g. truck notification, planning container unloading, email inbox, master data maintenance)

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate (EFZ)
• You communicate confidently in German
• You have experience with SAP and WAMAS and work confidently with email and Excel
• You hold a valid SUVA-recognised forklift licence and are physically fit
• You think in a networked way and are flexible as well as reliable
