The Stockberg Residential and Care Centre offers around 80 people of different ages attentive, competent care, support and companionship as well as a homely and safe environment. Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ 80 - 100%

Are you handy, enjoy pitching in yourself and appreciate variety? With us, you can expect a versatile role: from repairs and maintenance work to garden care and minor cleaning tasks, as well as setting up meeting rooms. In addition, you have the opportunity to help build and actively shape the training area for apprentice facility maintenance specialists EFZ.

Your Tasks

• Supporting the Head of Technical Service in maintenance and servicing as well as ensuring the availability of our building technical systems
• Independently carrying out repair, maintenance and minor cleaning tasks within the building
• Care and maintenance of the garden and outdoor areas as well as organising and carrying out winter services
• Preparing and setting up our rooms for events, meetings and functions, including providing technical equipment
• Building and shaping the facility maintenance training area as well as accompanying and training future apprentices
• Delivering meals as part of the school catering (company vehicle available)
• Adhering to safety, environmental and hygiene regulations
• Close cooperation with various internal specialist departments and participation in cross-departmental projects
• Regularly taking on background duty

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ
• Completed trainer course or willingness to complete it
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Driving licence category B
• Good PC user skills and interest in digital tools
• Responsible, reliable and careful working style as well as a strong solution- and service-oriented attitude towards guests and contacts
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
