- Manage and maintain various Stammdaten (Masterdata) efficiently.
- Create, deactivate, and modify gebäudetechnischen Anlagen seamlessly.
- Assist in IHP planning adjustments and ticket disposition.
Skills
- Commercial training or relevant professional experience required.
- Mandatory ERP experience, preferably in CAFM systems.
- Strong Excel skills; other MS Office knowledge is a plus.

Clerk: Master Data & Scheduling (a) 100%- Maintenance of various master data
- New recording, deactivation and modification of building technology systems
- Adjustment of maintenance planning (IHP)
- Scheduling & billing of tickets
- Quality management and reporting (master data, IHP, tickets)
- Various administrative tasks
- Commercial training or relevant professional experience
- ERP experience mandatory (CAFM advantageous)
- Excel experience mandatory (additional MS Office skills advantageous)
