Our client is a carpentry business from the region, specialising in the manufacture of high-quality and advanced bespoke interior fit-out products. To strengthen the team, they are looking for a reliable and customer-friendly individual.

Your tasks

• Performing service, repair, and warranty work for commercial or private customers
• Coordinating appointments and smooth installation processes
• Discussing, planning, and organising the installation directly on site
• Organising warranty orders and implementing special solutions
• Digitally recording and documenting all service deployments via tablet or smartphone
• Deputy team leader upon request

Your profile

• Basic training in the wood industry advantageous (carpenter, joiner, etc.) or practical experience in installation, service, maintenance, or assembly of technical systems
• Car driving licence
• Customer- and service-oriented and committed personality
• Careful, conscientious, and independent working style as well as enjoyment of a varied range of tasks
• German: confident in style
