Dietikon is a growing city with over 28,000 inhabitants and about 13,500 jobs. The Office for Supplementary Benefits with 10 employees administers supplementary benefits for IV/AHV recipients and bridging benefits for older unemployed people in the city of Dietikon, thereby ensuring an adequate minimum income for people in modest circumstances.
To complement our team in the area of supplementary benefits to AHV/IV, we are looking for a qualified specialist by agreement as
Your tasks
- Challenging and independent processing of new applications for supplementary benefits to AHV/IV
- Periodic review and adjustment of ongoing benefit cases
- Managing illness and disability costs
- General administrative tasks
- Participation in the training of commercial apprentices
- Personal and telephone advice for applicants, their relatives, social workers, and legal guardians
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
- Experience in social insurance (advantageous)
- Social insurance specialist with federal certificate (advantageous)
- Independent and responsible working style
- Enjoyment of challenging questions and good numerical flair
- Good PC skills (MS Office, ZL-Pro advantageous)
- Flawless oral and written expression
