For an established, regionally rooted auditing and consulting firm in Central Switzerland, we are seeking a dynamic, experienced, entrepreneurial-minded individual who enjoys taking responsibility and shaping the future.

Type of Work

• You will take on a diverse client portfolio and be the central contact person for demanding SME mandates
• Independent execution of limited and regular audits
• Personal care and advice for a varied SME client portfolio
• Support of companies in different development phases
• Assistance with annual financial statements, business management issues and special projects
• Collaboration on or taking over mandates in the context of business succession, restructuring, transactions and other entrepreneurial matters
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Active participation in the further development of the audit and consulting area
• Leading a small team (depending on experience and personal interest, there is also the possibility to grow into and gradually take on leadership responsibility)

Requirements Profile

• Degree as certified public accountant / licensed audit expert
• Several years of solid experience in auditing
• An independent, structured and quality-conscious way of working
• A professionally skilled and at the same time entrepreneurial-minded personality with pleasure in direct customer contact
• Enjoyment in not only auditing clients but also advising them in a solution-oriented manner
• A confident and engaging manner as well as strong communication skills
• Enjoyment of teamwork and building sustainable customer relationships
• Very good German skills; good English skills are a plus
