Responsibilities

• You lead our external sales representatives as a role model and support them during their visits through targeted coaching.
• You ensure the implementation of strategic objectives and continuously advance growth in your sectors.
• You foster team spirit by regularly organising district meetings and motivating/developing your specialists through individual measures.
• You actively maintain your network and work closely with our various customer contact points.
• You monitor and analyse the sales data of your employees and deduce the necessary development steps.

Requirements

• Completed professional training and further education in coaching or management with corresponding certification (business informatics, commercial engineer).
• Communication is one of your strengths. You see feedback as an opportunity to reflect and improve.
• Passion for craftsmanship and sales, with experience in managing and developing employees.
• You are curious and have the ability to recognise and analyse problems and develop effective solutions.
• Understanding of digital technology and openness to new technologies and systems.
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German; proficiency in French and English is an advantage.
