The Protection & Intervention department consists of fire brigade and civil protection and employs around 70 staff. The Civil Protection main department has an efficient civil protection organization with around 500 protection service personnel and is also responsible for the Ohrbühl training center and structural civil protection. We are looking for a clerk mbA in the Protective Structures team from May 1, 2026, or by arrangement. Do you bring experience from the structural or technical field and are characterized by high social competence, a pronounced technical understanding, and a strong service mindset? Is it easy for you to independently take on control and monitoring tasks in the field of protective structures? Then you are exactly right with us! We expect you to actively participate in the maintenance of our facilities and to be willing to actively assist with practical tasks in the Civil Protection main department.Your Tasks
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements when constructing protective shelters, including carrying out the legally required final inspection
- Independent execution of periodic shelter inspections and participation in facility value preservation through cleaning, service, maintenance, and repair work
- Participation in the implementation of solutions, concepts, and projects in the relevant specialist areas
- Coordination and communication with external companies for repair and maintenance work
- Responsibility for personnel, goal-oriented, and sustainable leadership tasks during facility service with up to 50 militia members
Your Profile
- Basic training with a vocational certificate (EFZ)
- Good German skills (speaking, understanding, writing)
- Flair for IT systems and information technologies
- Driver's license category B
