Your area of responsibility

• Independent management of a portfolio (residential and commercial properties as well as condominium ownership)

• Lease contract management (new rentals, adjustments, terminations)

• Conducting viewings

• Contact person for tenants, owners and external partners

• Coordination of maintenance and repair work

• Budgeting and cost control

• Implementation of sustainability measures in property management

• Reporting to management

• Participation in projects

Your profile

• Federal diploma as a property manager or comparable further training

• Several years of experience in property management

• Sound knowledge of tenancy and contract law

• Confident in negotiations, strong communication skills and solution-oriented

• Independent, structured and responsible way of working

• Experience with common management software (e.g. GARAIO REM, ImmoTop2, Abacus or Rimo)

• Mobility and driving licence category B
