For MOBILL Baumanagement AG, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Construction Manager 80–100% for our location directly at Zurich main station.

With us, you will accompany demanding construction projects from planning to handover and take on real responsibility.

What awaits you

• Responsibility for your own construction projects
• Tendering, awarding contracts, and coordinating contractors
• Direct communication with clients and project partners
• Participation in economic project optimisations
• Accompanying projects from the initial cost estimate to handover
• Prospects for further development as a project manager

You suit us if you

• have training in construction or architecture, for example as a draughtsperson EFZ or bricklayer
• have further training as a construction manager or technician HF
• bring practical experience in construction
• think entrepreneurially and solution-oriented, enjoy coordination, responsibility, and teamwork
• are confident with BauPlus and MS Office and ideally have experience with Realview

As part of the MOBILL group, you work closely with our architecture, real estate, and administration departments. This way, we do not view construction projects in isolation but over the entire lifecycle of a property.
