Clerk Front Office 60-80%

Rorschach is a small town on the southernmost bay of Lake Constance with around 10,300 inhabitants.
As reinforcement for our team, we are looking for the following from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement:

Clerk for the Front Office (60 - 80%).

The Front Office is the first point of contact for our residents and at the same time a lively hub in the town hall, where the following areas are available to the public.

• Residents' Registration Office
• AHV Branch Office
• City Treasury
• Insurance Control
• Dog Control

Are you an enthusiastic and flexible person with training as a commercial clerk in a municipal administration? Good communication skills and enjoyment in contact with the public are natural to you? Do you like to work independently, are reliable and open to new things? If you can say that you appreciate a collegial team and a lively workplace, then you are exactly the person we would like to get to know.
