Your tasks
You will perform general secretarial duties, operate our telephone and customer reception. Processing orders from the quotation to invoicing is part of your responsibilities. You report employee hours, ensure the correct filing of data, and manage office and promotional materials. You support the site manager and management staff in administrative matters.
Your profile
Your training as a qualified clerk or your professional experience in the administrative field is a prerequisite for this position. A clean working method is natural for you. Your German is stylistically confident and you have good Office 365 skills. If you have Abacus skills, that is an advantage. You enjoy working in a small dynamic team and like to contribute actively.
