For our Mobile Care Unit, OSAD Mobile Care-Les Toises; we are looking for a Health Assistant to provide home care in the Chablais region of Valais and Vaud, as soon as possible.

Role description

In collaboration with the care team, you will ensure:

• The provision of basic and personalised care to patients, respecting their needs and promoting the maintenance of their autonomy
• Support services, including help with household tasks as well as assistance with daily living activities
• The transmission of relevant information and observations concerning patients to the referring nurse and the care team, to ensure quality care and optimal follow-up

Your profile

• Previous experience in mobile care would be an asset

Proficiency in French, both spoken and written

Empathetic, respectful, calm personality, with good organisational skills and adaptability.

You are autonomous, reliable, and comfortable with home interventions

Required documents

• Red Cross Health Assistant certificate 120 hours or equivalent certification (foreign diploma recognised by the Red Cross)
• Possession of a driving licence and a vehicle
