- You lead close to practice and are actively involved in daily nursing – leadership "on the job".
- You network with other departments and specialist units and ensure smooth processes.
- You create clear structures and efficient processes in daily nursing.
- Together with your sparring partners, you ensure high-quality and economical nursing.
- You contribute your ideas and continuously develop nursing quality.
Defined time slots are regularly available for administrative and conceptual leadership tasks.
YOUR PROFILE
- Professional competence: Completed tertiary-level nursing education
- Experience in a leadership position: Strong leadership skills and many years of experience in staff management.
- Organisational talent: You have a structured and solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality. You are a reflective personality with a proactive and pragmatic attitude that tackles problems directly.
- Social competence: You bring high social skills, empathy, and communication strength.
- Communication skills: You possess good assertiveness and enjoy promoting employees and developing team structures.
