Employee Caretaker/Technical Service (80-100%)

Your tasks:

• Carrying out repair, maintenance, and cleaning work
• Monitoring and supervising all building technology
• Optimal care of outdoor and garden areas, winter service, vehicle maintenance
• Cooperation with external service providers and craftsmen
• Contact person for residents and relatives for concerns and small repairs

We wish for:

• Training as a caretaker or a manual or technical vocational training with good PC skills
• A locally connected, responsible, and team-oriented personality who is independent and flexible
• A friendly and appreciative interaction with residents, guests, and employees
• Taking on on-call duty, assignments at events and occasions
