About the job
We are looking for a
Operations Manager Assistant 80% - 100% (m/f/d) - Zurich ZH
Your area of responsibility
- Assisting in the management and supervision of the operation including deputising for the operations manager during their absence
- Assisting in the leadership, training and development of employees
- Acting as a contact person for guests; competently answering questions and concerns
- Supporting all administrative tasks such as budget overview, general personnel administration etc.
- Handling accounting (goods receipts, delivery note control, cash expenses)
- Implementation and compliance with legal norms and standards in all areas
- Organisation and execution of internal/external events
- Working hours: Monday to Friday with daytime hours / occasional shifts for catering in the evening and at weekends
Your profile
- Gastronomic or commercial training and several years of experience in the gastronomy sector with further education at a hotel management school or similar
- Initial leadership experience in a larger operation
- Host personality with high social competence and a winning manner, organised and solution-oriented working style
- Good German skills (spoken and written) required, as well as good language skills in English/French
