About the job
What you can achieve
- Running your own consultation hours at the alta uro practice as well as parallel work at the University Hospital Basel in a senior physician role with clear personal responsibility
- Continuous support of patients throughout the entire treatment pathway – from outpatient assessment through inpatient therapy to follow-up care in the practice
- Active contribution of urological expertise at USB as well as integration into the university team with access to research, teaching and academic development (optional)
- Participation in the further development of clinical care through targeted use of professional expertise
- Linking practice and hospital in daily work to ensure continuous, personal care without interruptions
- Assuming responsibility within the team as well as contributing to the quality, organisation and further development of clinical processes
What you bring with you
- Specialist title in Urology
- At least three years of clinical work at a Swiss A-clinic (admission requirement Canton Basel-Stadt) as well as experience and interest in the entire spectrum of urology
- Empathetic, team-oriented personality with a strong patient focus
- Strong interest in scientific work
- Open and appreciative communication as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and high service orientation
- Commitment to patients as well as to everyday clinical work and active participation in further training and education
