Your mission

Reporting to the sales management, you develop sales and margins in the canton of Vaud. You are the main contact for our clients, from identifying their needs to following up on the proposed solution.

Develop and retain a portfolio of private clients, property management companies and architects.

Identify new opportunities and contribute to the growth of sales and margins.

Advise your clients and offer them solutions tailored to their needs.

Provide external technical support for the marketed products.

Build, implement and monitor action plans with the sales management.

Represent NORBA to clients and promote our local production.

Your profile

You have experience in windows, interior joinery or a construction-related environment.

You enjoy client contact and know how to listen, advise and negotiate.

Autonomous and organised, you are comfortable in a commercial development role.

Dynamic, rigorous and solution-oriented, you follow through on your commitments.

You are proficient with computer tools.
