For our client, an established and future-oriented institution in the Bern region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced and convincing leader as Head of Housing & Care 80–100 % as a member of the executive management.

Your area of responsibility:

• Overall responsibility for the area with around 120 residents and 65 employees
• Professional, personnel and organisational management of the area
• Participation in strategy development and further development of the services
• Ensuring the service and care mandate as well as the quality of care
• Optimisation of processes and resident care
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and deputising for the Head of Life in Old Age

Your profile:

• Leadership experience in social pedagogy, psychiatry, long-term care or a comparable environment
• Further training in leadership/management
• Experience in strategy and project development
• Clear, appreciative and transparent communication
• Committed, loyal and team-oriented personality
• Enjoyment of change and active participation in shaping it
