- Independently, solution-oriented, and proactively handle and coordinate inquiries to the Head of the GIS Competence Center
- Reliably and independently plan department meetings, take minutes, and manage pending tasks
- Support the Head and the GIS Competence Center department with administrative and organizational tasks
- Participate in support processes such as orders or invoices
What distinguishes you
- Commercial basic training or equivalent education
- Several years of experience in a comparable assistant role
- Efficient and professional use of MS Office as well as basic affinity for IT applications
- Independent, structured, and forward-thinking working style with a strong quality awareness
- Strong communication skills, discretion, and a professional and engaging appearance
- Team orientation, good social skills, and pronounced service orientation
- Resilience and great flexibility in everyday work
