Due to the retirement of the current position holder, we are looking from April 2027 for our hearing centres in BIEL and LYSS for a dedicated individual as

You accompany people with hearing impairment on their way to a better hearing experience. With your expertise, empathy, and enthusiasm for modern hearing solutions, you create individual solutions that sustainably improve the everyday lives of our customers.
Your tasks
Competent advice and support for our customers and interested parties regarding our hearing solutions
Adjustment, sale, and aftercare of the latest hearing systems and suitable accessories
Conducting hearing tests as well as ear impressions or ear scans
Building and maintaining long-term and trusting customer relationships
Documentation and maintenance of customer data in the system
Active participation in training and further education to continuously develop your expertise
Your profile
Completed training as a hearing acoustician or comparable qualification
Bilingualism German / French with native or equivalent proficiency in both languages
Passion for your profession and enjoyment in working with people
Customer-oriented, empathetic, and service-conscious personality
Up-to-date expertise and interest in new hearing technologies
Confident handling of digital tools and commercial understanding
Independent, reliable, and careful working style
