To complement our dedicated care team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated SRK care assistant who supports our residents with heart and competence.

• Care and support of our residents according to the care plan
• Digital care documentation according to skills and authorisations
• Assistance with daily activities and promotion of residents’ independence
• Ensuring hygiene and quality standards
• Taking on domestic tasks (e.g. distributing meals, tidiness & cleanliness)
• Close collaboration within the interdisciplinary team

• Completed training as an SRK care assistant
• Enjoyment in working with elderly people and a respectful attitude
• Team spirit, resilience and a sense of responsibility
• Willingness to continuously develop personally, professionally and methodically
• Good German language skills spoken and written
