🔧 Your job
- You set up offset printing machines, manage orders, and monitor production.
- You perform color measurements, register and register control checks – quality is measurable for you.
- You maintain the machines, detect malfunctions early, and fix them independently or with service partners.
- You plan orders efficiently, coordinate with prepress and finishing, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- You document settings/processes and contribute improvement suggestions.
- You are also willing to assist in other departments such as equipment or logistics.

- Completed training as a Media Technologist EFZ (specializing in print)
- Experience in offset printing, confident color understanding, and routine handling.
- Technical flair, clean work, eye for detail, and joy in machines.
- Team spirit, reliability, clear communication – and a pinch of humor.
- Advantageous: Driving license category B for occasional trips and willingness to learn new things.
