Your main area of responsibility includes

• Professional responsibility for the area of work clothing within the occupational safety department
• Support of project customers as well as holistic order processing (from inquiry to on-time delivery)
• Conducting needs assessments and developing suitable customer solutions
• Preparation of project proposals and offers
• Coordination of suppliers, finishing partners and internal interfaces
• Recording, monitoring and processing of orders in the ERP system
• Ensuring a high level of consulting, process and service quality
• Professional contact person for the clothing area
• Support of the sales organization and store teams with expertise
• Observation of market trends and active further development of the range
• Handling complaints, changes and customer inquiries

Your profile

• You have completed commercial or technical basic training and ideally have further training in the field of clothing or have already gained several years of professional experience in the clothing industry
• You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing. Additional knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage
• You are proficient in MS Office applications and necessarily have experience with ERP systems and are familiar with quotation and order processes
• You think networked, coordinate efficiently and keep a cool head even in hectic times, thus contributing to a smooth process in daily business
• You act solution-oriented and are characterized by a high service and customer orientation
• You convince with your pronounced communication skills as well as reliability and a high quality awareness
