Your main area of responsibility includes

technical responsibility for the area of workwear within the occupational safety department
support of project customers as well as comprehensive order processing (from enquiry to on-time delivery)
carrying out needs assessments and developing suitable customer solutions
preparation of project proposals and offers
coordination of suppliers, finishing partners and internal interfaces
recording, monitoring and processing of orders in the ERP system
ensuring a high level of consulting, process and service quality
technical contact person for the clothing area
support of the sales organisation and shop teams with expertise
monitoring market trends and actively developing the range
handling complaints, changes and customer enquiries

Your profile

you have completed commercial or technical basic training and ideally have further training in the field of clothing or have already gained several years of professional experience in the clothing industry
you communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing. Additional knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage
you are proficient in MS Office applications and necessarily have experience with ERP systems and are familiar with quotation and order processes
you think in a networked way, coordinate efficiently and keep a cool head even in hectic times, thus contributing to a smooth process in day-to-day business
you act in a solution-oriented manner and are characterised by a high level of service and customer orientation
you convince with your pronounced communication skills as well as reliability and a high awareness of quality
