Role:

You are an important interface within the finance team and ensure that the financial processes in day-to-day business function reliably. From managing the subsidiary ledgers to closing tasks, VAT and payment transactions, you take on varied tasks and actively contribute to the further development of the finance department. You can optimise existing processes, help shape digital solutions and directly implement your ideas in practice.

Responsibilities:

• You manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable and ensure smooth payment transactions

• You monitor open items, handle dunning processes and keep track of incoming payments

• You assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and prepare the necessary documents

• You maintain the subsidiary and asset accounting and ensure correct reconciliation with the general ledger

• You prepare the VAT returns and ensure correct posting

• You contribute to liquidity planning, controlling as well as financial analyses and evaluations

Qualifications:

• You have a solid education or further training in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification

• You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting

• You are familiar with accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting and have experience with monthly and annual financial statements

• You work confidently with ERP systems and Excel and have a strong affinity for digital solutions

• You think analytically, work precisely and reliably and show initiative

• You have good German language skills
