THIS IS WHAT DRIVES YOU

• You actively support the team management in the administration of a diverse portfolio (mainly condominium ownership)
• You independently manage your own smaller portfolio and continuously develop your professional and customer skills
• You competently, reliably and solution-orientedly look after condominium owners, caretakers, craftsmen and tenants
• You independently handle administrative and organisational tasks in a digital environment

THIS IS HOW YOU SUCCEED

• You have completed a commercial basic training
• You have completed or are on the way to completing further training as a property management clerk
• You bring initial professional experience in property management, ideally two to three years
• You work service-oriented, precisely and efficiently and keep an overview even with several tasks
• You communicate confidently in German and present yourself securely and friendly to different stakeholders
• You are digitally savvy, eager to learn and want to develop professionally and personally
