- You report directly to the responsible member of the management and ensure that personnel administration is handled correctly. You act as a contact person for employees and managers on personnel-related issues.
- Your tasks include recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, managing personnel files, correct implementation of all changes and notifications, as well as responsibility for complete time management.

- You have HR training with a federal HR specialist certificate
- Your experience as an HR generalist, ideally in an SME environment, already spans several years and you bring sound knowledge in all personnel administration
- You are eager to manage all HR threads in an SME
- Your MS Office skills are very good, especially in Excel and Word, and you are not afraid of new tools
- You are well versed in Swiss labor law
- Independent and structured work, discretion, teamwork, and motivation are a matter of course for you
