- You accompany our residents individually and support them exactly where they need your experience
- You assist with personal care, mobilisation and food intake and ensure that the residents feel safe and comfortable
- You carry out medical care procedures professionally and document all measures carefully
- You actively help shape the quality of care, bring in new ideas and implement them purposefully.
- You foster a trusting collaboration within the team and with relatives, promoting a respectful, appreciative environment
What you bring
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Ideally experience in long-term care
- High social competence and enjoyment in working with older people
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
