How you contribute:

• You plan and implement heat connections for district heating and lake energy – from customer order to commissioning and handover to operations.
• As the central technical contact person for our customers, you orchestrate the entire house connection and take overall responsibility for the customer project.
• You coordinate the interfaces with network construction, purchasing, external installers as well as control, electrical and fibre optic technology.
• You actively drive the automation and digitalisation of the implementation processes.
• With in-house production and standardisation, you strengthen value creation and reduce external dependencies.
• You are responsible for the system and data technical activation (meter, control system, digital twin in ERP) as well as acceptance, documentation and invoicing.

What you bring:

• You have completed training in building services engineering specialising in heating or as a chief fitter specialising in heating – ideally with additional training at HF level or a federal professional examination.
• You have experience in project management, planning and implementation of systems in the areas of heating, sanitary, district heating or lake energy.
• You like to take responsibility and lead customer projects independently and goal-oriented.
• You have a high IT affinity and are familiar with modern IT systems (ERP, MS Office).
• You think entrepreneurially, are service-oriented and convince with a sense of responsibility, resilience and teamwork skills.
