From acquisition through calculation, project execution to final invoicing, you will manage Tutto projects and represent our Stamm philosophy. Your strong communication skills will facilitate your exchange with various stakeholders.

Your main tasks include:

• Acquisition and execution of Tutto projects (possibly support with Completto projects)
• Operational (technical, organisational and financial) management of projects with internal trades
• Internal and external contact person for Tutto projects
• Project management of Tutto projects from A to Z
• Budget and result responsibility within your area of responsibility
• Development and control of project activities
• Support from the occupational safety officer in the implementation & compliance with occupational safety regulations

What you bring:

• Professional training EFZ or equivalent qualification as a basis
• Certified technician in construction management HF or similar qualification
• Further training in construction/project management and/or
• Project management
• At least 3 years of professional experience in general contractor/total contractor construction management as well as solid experience in project management
• Confident handling of MS Office applications & ERP
• Targeted and structured approach as well as conceptual thinking
• Strong implementation skills and negotiation ability
• Solution-oriented team player with a positive basic attitude
