The Flury Foundation ensures comprehensive and integrated healthcare in Prättigau between Grüsch and Klosters with more than 600 employees at the Schiers hospital, the three nursing homes Schiers, Jenaz and Klosters, Spitex, assisted living, the daycare center, parental counseling, and the Medical Center Klosters.
Our hospital in Schiers is a modern acute care hospital providing basic care with an interdisciplinary ward with 41 beds for the clinics of surgery, medicine, gynecology and obstetrics, an outpatient day clinic, the emergency department, and the certified Intermediate Care Station (IMC).
We are looking for a Head of Medical Secretariat 100% immediately or by arrangement.
Your responsibilities include:
- Professional and personnel management of the Medical Secretariat department
- Responsibility for monitoring and further development of patient management processes
- Active operational work in the Medical Secretariat (including outpatient and inpatient reporting, appointment organization, duty roster creation, etc.)
- Responsibility for staffing management, budget preparation and compliance for the subordinate departments, and process optimization
- Responsibility and participation in projects and workshops (e.g., HIS steering group)
Your profile:
- Completed training as chief medical secretary or equivalent training or basic medical education
- Several years of professional experience with leadership experience in a secretariat and project experience
- Organizational flair and interest in digital development
- Committed, efficient, and independent working style
- Sense of responsibility, discretion, and entrepreneurial thinking
