Service Technician 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Commissioning & Installation Expert: You install our industrial products at customers throughout Switzerland, commission them, and conduct training if required.
• Service & Technical All-rounder: You independently carry out service, maintenance, and repair work at the customer’s site as well as in the workshop and are responsible for calibrations, adjustments, as well as qualifications and certifications.
• Support & Coordination Interface: You support customers and internal departments by phone, remotely, and on-site, clarify technical issues with customers and suppliers, and prepare relevant information in a structured manner.
• Consulting & Needs Identifier: You advise and support customers in your region regarding our products and service offerings, identify customer needs, and specifically utilise cross-selling potentials.
• Quality & Documentation Responsible: You ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and take over the complete reporting of the work performed, including test and service protocols.

Your profile:

• Technical Background & Expertise: You have completed a technical basic education in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, automation, polymechanics, or mechatronics, as well as good knowledge in electronics, sensor technology, and control engineering.
• Practical & Field Service Mentality: You possess manual skills, enjoy technical work, and appreciate the varied deployment at the customer’s site.
• Working Method & Mobility: You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, have good PC skills (MS Office), and hold a category B driving licence; category BE is an advantage.
• Languages: Very good German skills; any additional national language or English is very welcome.
