To strengthen our Grinding department, we are looking for a person capable of programming, setting and optimising production equipment intended for the manufacture of watch components.

Your tasks
Your skills
- Federal VET diploma as a polymechanic, micromechanic, production mechanic or equivalent training
- Proven experience in programming and setting Recomatic machines
- Experience in the watchmaking industry, ideally in machining or finishing watch case components
- Good command of reading technical plans and dimensional tolerances
- Excellent knowledge of conventional control instruments (micrometers, dial gauges, profile projectors, etc.)
- Ability to independently carry out start-ups, adjustments and production monitoring
- Sensitivity to the high quality requirements specific to the watchmaking industry
- Ability to analyse technical problems and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Team spirit and good collaboration with Quality, Methods and Production departments
- Rigour, precision and organisational skills
- Autonomy, responsiveness and ability to manage priorities
- Proactive in continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
- Comfortable with common IT tools
- Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written
