What you can achieve:

Operation of the house telephone switchboard (staffed 24 hours)
Support of the on-call centre
Controlling of pre-, start-of-shift, location, event, and end-of-shift reports
Planning of short-term assignments and covering absences
Monitoring and operation of security systems
Triaging event reports from alarm and security systems
Uniform and material orders in the logistics portal as well as integration into the uniform team

What you bring:

Completed apprenticeship or equivalent training
Swiss citizen, residence permit B or C
Willingness to work in a 24-hour operation, mainly at night and on weekends
Good PC skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
You are a flexible, reliable and resilient personality and communicate calmly and competently even in hectic situations
