- You support the team management in the areas of overall HR including payroll and finance
- You independently take on tasks in the area of HR processes
- You ensure the smooth running of reception and premises
- You take on administrative and secretarial tasks
- You independently organise internal and external events
- Depending on your workload, you take on HR administrative tasks for our clients
THIS IS HOW YOU SUCCEED
- After completing your vocational training in the commercial field, you have completed recognised professional training or further education in HR (mandatory) and finance (advantageous)
- You already have professional experience in administration, organisation, and HR as well as ideally marketing, and wish to develop further in these areas
- You are very familiar with all M365 applications and have already gained experience with Abacus
- You are passionately committed to the well-being of colleagues in the company
- You possess strong organisational skills and an exact, reliable way of working
- You have a confident command of the German language
