Head of Quality Assurance, 60-70%

Your tasks – Ensuring quality along the entire value chain

• Ensuring and further developing quality assurance
• Handling customer, supplier and consumer complaints
• Conducting root cause analyses as well as defining and monitoring sustainable corrective and improvement measures
• Leading and participating in optimisation projects
• Analysing quality data and deriving improvement measures
• Checking compliance with hygiene and HACCP requirements
• Technical and personnel management of a laboratory technician
• Supporting innovation and product development projects

Your profile – Expertise in laboratory and quality assurance

• Degree as a food technician HF or bachelor’s degree in food technology, chemistry or biology
• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance in food production as well as initial leadership experience
• Independent, team-oriented and analytical working style
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Networking within the food industry as well as contacts with authorities, certification bodies and professional organisations are an advantage
