Senior Property Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the comprehensive management of a demanding portfolio of residential and commercial properties
- Ensuring professional and customer-oriented management
- Main contact person for owners, tenants, authorities and external partners Planning, coordination and supervision of maintenance projects
- Review and approval of invoices Participation in the further development of workflows and digitalisation projects
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in the management of residential and commercial properties
- Further training as a property manager with a federal diploma or comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge of tenancy law as well as commercial and technical management
- Confident handling of industry software (ideally Garaio REM)
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as pronounced service and customer orientation
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, English skills an advantage
