HR Specialist Administration 80 - 100%Fixed-term for one year with option for permanent employment
The Primary School Office is responsible for school organisational tasks and the administration of teaching staff. The Teaching Staff Department supports schools in personnel administration and manages all processes related to the employment and salary of cantonally employed primary school teachers, school principals and deputies. For our Personnel sector, we are looking for a collegial, flexible and committed individual from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You are the main contact person for the assigned school communities and ensure the administrative HR activities from entry to exit.
- You check and process applications, forms and orders for teachers and school principals as well as substitutes.
- You provide advice by phone, email or letter to, among others, school boards, school administrations and other administrative offices.
- You represent colleagues during their absence.
- You actively support your team during months with high workloads (April to September).
