- Responsibility for optimal customer support via telephone and e-mail
- Handling complaints / damage cases
- Organisation of special transports (truck, sea, and air)
- Accounts receivable monitoring / payment control, dunning process
- Ideally, you have further training as a foreign trade specialist with a federal diploma
- Proficient use of the MS Office suite as well as experience with ERP/CRM systems
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written. French skills are an advantage
- High degree of independence, flexible working style, and team spirit

Tasks
- Preparing import and export documents (commercial invoices and export declarations)- Responsibility for optimal customer support via telephone and e-mail

Profile
- Completed commercial basic training with several years of export experience in an international environment- Ideally, you have further training as a foreign trade specialist with a federal diploma
- Proficient use of the MS Office suite as well as experience with ERP/CRM systems
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written. French skills are an advantage
- High degree of independence, flexible working style, and team spirit
