The company offers a wide range of services around vehicle superstructures, repairs and customer services for passenger and commercial vehicles and places great value on quality, craftsmanship and personal customer service.
Type of Work
- Telephone and personal advice and support for customers regarding service, repair and vehicle superstructures
- Acceptance of customer orders, appointment scheduling and coordination with the workshop
- Preparation of cost estimates, quotations and invoices
- Processing of order handling from order entry to invoicing
- Ordering and disposition of spare parts as well as contact with suppliers
- Administrative support of management as well as general office work in customer service
Requirements Profile
- Completed vocational training as an agricultural machinery mechanic, automotive mechanic or truck mechanic (EFZ) or comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in customer service or order processing in the vehicle industry
- Technical understanding of vehicles and vehicle superstructures as well as enjoyment of administrative activities
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as independent, careful and customer-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Articulate: Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages such as Italian and French are a plus.
- Mobility: With a category B driving licence you are flexible and ready for deployment at any time.
