Together with our client, an established fiduciary company in the Biel region, we are looking for a trustee 70-100% by arrangement. The company supports various SMEs in financial and business management matters, relying on individual advice, digital working methods, and long-term customer relationships. Your tasks with the new employer

• You independently manage a varied client portfolio and competently advise your clients on financial, tax, and entrepreneurial matters
• Preparing annual financial statements is part of your duties, as is managing ongoing financial accounting
• You independently handle tax returns and payroll processing, ensuring reliable compliance with legal requirements
• Additionally, you contribute to optimising existing workflows and digitising accounting processes and support management

You offer your new employer

• A commercial basic education forms your professional foundation; further training in finance and accounting or fiduciary services would be advantageous
• You bring at least three years of professional experience in financial accounting; additional knowledge in fiduciary services or consulting is welcome
• You communicate fluently in German and are proficient with common accounting software, ideally familiar with Abacus
• Your open and entrepreneurial personality distinguishes you; you act on your own initiative, value interaction with people, and want to make a difference both professionally and personally
