Are you looking for a varied role with responsibility? In this assistant position, you will accompany everything from property viewings to tenant selection and support our management team in Baden-Dättwil in the care of an exciting property portfolio.

• Handling tenant concerns and terminations
• Preparing rental contracts, addenda, and final accounts
• Conducting property viewings, inspections, and handovers
• Issuing work orders to craftsmen and monitoring execution
• Independently conducting credit checks and advertising rental properties
• Assisting with mandate takeovers and terminations
• Assisting with insurance claims up to settlement with insurance companies
• Supporting accounts payable and receivable accounting (checking, coding, dunning, debt collection, etc.)
• Independently managing correspondence as well as general office, secretarial, filing, and archiving tasks

• Completed commercial basic training
• Ideally at least 1 year of professional experience in property management
• Confident German and advanced English skills
• You are an organisational talent with a keen eye and nothing escapes you quickly
• You remain calm and composed even in challenging situations
