Building Services Planner HVAC (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Independent design and realisation of high-quality sanitary installations for various construction projects
- Precise preparation of technical drawings and plans, taking into account all relevant regulations, standards, and established best practices
- Intensive collaboration with an interdisciplinary team consisting of architects, engineers, and other specialists to develop optimally tailored solutions
- Monitoring continuous project progress and ensuring timely delivery of planning results
- Active participation in both internal and external meetings to ensure smooth project workflows and promote effective coordination
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services planner specialising in sanitary or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in planning sanitary installations for various construction projects
- Solid skills in using CAD software as well as common MS Office applications
- Strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written
