Gardener as Project Manager
Activities
- You independently manage demanding horticulture and maintenance projects from planning to successful implementation.
- You are the central contact person for customers, architects, suppliers and other project participants.
- You lead several execution teams, plan their deployments and support them professionally in daily work.
- You are responsible for work preparation, material procurement as well as scheduling and resource planning.
- You ensure smooth processes on construction sites and in maintenance projects.
- You ensure the highest quality standards and keep costs, deadlines and budgets under constant control.
- You check reports, material and machine usage and carry out post-calculations.
Requirements
- Completed training as a gardener EFZ specialising in garden and landscape construction.
- Further training in horticulture (e.g. senior gardener, master gardener, horticultural technician HF) is an advantage.
- Several years of professional experience in garden and landscape construction, ideally with leadership responsibility.
- Enjoyment in leading, promoting and developing employees.
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a pronounced awareness of quality, costs and responsibility.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Professional appearance and high customer orientation.
- Very good German skills and a category B driving licence.
