We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant FR/GER to join our Finance team.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will participate in managing customer accounts by ensuring invoicing, monitoring payments, collection operations, as well as handling customer requests in French and German.

Your main responsibilities

• Manage routine accounts receivable operations, from issuing invoices to recording payments, ensuring monitoring, matching, and reconciliation of customer accounts.

• Handle customer enquiries related to invoicing and payments by phone and email in French and German.

• Participate in periodic closings, credit control, and monitoring of outstanding payments, including managing disputes.

• Support the Accounts Receivable Manager in daily activities and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Your profile

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification

• Proven experience in accounting, including accounts receivable

• Excellent communication skills in German (minimum B2 level)

• Organisational skills, thoroughness, and autonomy

• Team spirit and service orientation

• Available immediately
