Gardener – Foreman
Activities
- Independent management and organization of construction sites or maintenance objects
- Professional leadership and guidance of employees and apprentices
- Participation in gardening work (new installations, modifications, planting work, paving work, etc.)
- Execution of maintenance work (lawn care, pruning, plant protection, etc.)
- Work preparation including material disposition in coordination with site management
- Reporting and documentation of completed work
- Customer contact on site
Requirements
- Completed training as a gardener EFZ (specializing in garden and landscape construction or garden maintenance)
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in a leadership role
- Leadership experience or willingness to take responsibility
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Teamwork skills and assertiveness
- Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor
- Driver's license category B (BE advantageous)
