Are you looking for meaningful work in an interdisciplinary environment? To strengthen our team in medicine, we are looking for you as Assistant Medical Director 70-80% starting July 1, 2026, or by arrangement. In this newly created position, you will report directly to our Co-Chief Physician of Internal Medicine.

Arud is a future-oriented non-profit organization for outpatient medical-psychiatric care with around 170 employees and a respectful informal culture. We are among the leading institutions in Switzerland in addiction medicine and queer health. Our interdisciplinary model combines psychiatry, psychotherapy, internal medicine, infectiology, and social work into a holistic offering. We accompany our patients with respect, empathy, and on equal footing.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to specifically apply and further develop your organizational and coordination skills in the medical environment.
