For a newly created position, we are looking for a hearing system acoustician who will take on the role of

Hearing System Acoustician & Area Manager Bernese Oberland 100% (m/f/d)

YOUR TASK 

• Independent work as a hearing system acoustician about 50% in the Bernese Oberland and about 50% as Area Manager for 5-7 surrounding hearing centres
• Responsibility for sales, new customer acquisition and growth in your region
• Analysis of relevant key figures and derivation of concrete measures as well as location-specific action plans for sustainable optimisation of the utilisation and performance of the hearing centres
• Building and maintaining local partnerships (ENT specialists, pharmacies, opticians, doctors)
• Team scheduling including absences, holidays & overtime
• Regular visits to hearing centres and job shadowing with feedback, coaching and practical training for continuous development of employees and to promote a consistent and customer-oriented way of working

YOUR PROFILE 

• At least 5 years of experience as a successful hearing system acoustician, with leadership experience
• Ideally you live in the Bernese Oberland or nearby
• Good English skills
• Strong analytical skills & business understanding
• Pronounced leadership competence as well as experience in developing high-performing teams and in coaching and mentoring employees with a focus on motivation, development and goal achievement
• Decisive, solution-oriented personality with a "can-do mentality"
